Add some video content to your Zune

Great for kids (young and old).

refrederator

Refrederator, the free daily cartoon podcast - a classic cartoon every day (Bugs Bunny, Mighty Mouse, Daffy Duck, Betty Boop, Porky Pig, Donald Duck and Felix the Cat, etc). Simply add http://refrederator.com/rss to your device via Zune Software.

Nick Jr. Simply pick your podcast, preview, and then copy RSS link into Zune Software. Currrently available are Dora the Explorer, Go Diego, Go and Blues Clues

Cartoon Network also has available podcasts. Episodes vary from week to week. Again, simply enter RSS feed into your Zune Software.

http://www.discovery.com/radio/xml/discovery_video.xml

To add a podcast: In Zune Software, select device, select podcasts , enter RSS URL and hit subscribe. You can edit the settings to increase/decrease the number of episodes you want to keep on your device

When I tried to add a manuall RSS feed, I had to go thru Collections, not Devices. Maybe I am doing it wrong but this is what I had to do:

Copy the RSS feed URL
In the Zune software, go to: Collection>>Podcasts
Click “Add a Podcast”
Paste the feed by pressing CTRL+V (for some reason you can’t right click and select “paste” from a context menu.)
Click “Subscribe”

Just great…. now I am going to spend all day today downloading podcasts. I am going to tell my wife it’s your fault the garbage didn’t get taken out.

Thanks for the info. As I said in the other post, I have never listened/watched a podcast before, but it will be cool to have some on the Zune.

Wow! I never realized that Cartoon networks or Nick Jr. had podcasts. I dont really watch much video content on my zune. i might have to check this out just to see what its like.

The cartoon network one seems cool, but they had some really bad cartoons the last few years. Like Ed, Ed, and Eddy.
