To remove Zune Gems:
Open Zune Software on your PC and go to
Device
Under the name of your device
Right Click on Zune Gems
You will have the option to delete them from your device.

Please refrain from using instructional graphics. WIth my job I’m so used to following orders. So , Yes, I did bang my head agains my LCD monitor 2 times before I noticed the splotch of oil. Now everytime I look at my screen I remember to go to GotZune.com, and when i get a chance to I’ll read this article.

I’m suffering from Zune-related stress, being that my Zune 80 hard drive died on me… only took 12 days, that has to be a record or something.

I haven’t tried either yet. Right now I’m still using WMP11 until after finals. During winter break I’ll take on the task of overhauling my library.

It doesn’t work perfectly though, at least for many people, as Zune uses ID3v2.4 UTF-8 tagging, and i believe WMP11 uses ID3v2.3 UTF-16, which has issues

I have to agree with you on WMP11. I already use that. Glad to hear that it works well with Zune.
