Some of his concerns are solid, but I did not get a Zune to replace my PPC in the PIM and game department. I got it strictly to play music. I would rather have a device that does one or two things great rather than ten things just "OK". The first "review" was definitely not a review. I agree with some of his conclusions, but I think the Zune has some great potential. If the Zune team doesn't just sit on their butts and listens to the community and makes some tweaks to the firmware and software, then we'll be seeing a player that will be really awesome.
