For those whose Zune software or firmware update did not go as planned, or simply hate the new software, there is a solution for you. Personally, I would not downgrade, but users with multiple songs with Asian Characters may want to downgrade until Microsoft adds the support for Asian Characters. Full guide and instructions here.

I rather wait and see if they put out any fixes for the problems. I don’t really want to downgrade. There are some things I like about the new software.
i would not want to down grade from what i see the new interface looks like the shit. BUt i cant see because my screen is broken
At first my Zune had many duplicate songs, but after I removed all the songs from my device and re-synced, everything was fine. I also noticed some of the album art was messed up, but after a little snooping, it looks like my library is a bit off even in Windows Media Player, so it was probably a problem before I upgraded to the new Zune. After a little work and see what others suggested, I got everything perfect.
Im stilling having trouble with my zune music collection. It wont let me edit music files and is just a mess and it’s only like that on zune stuff. My windows media collection is fine. I really dont want to downgrade my software. Does anyone have suggestions?
