Being in the the tech site community for a couple years, I know that getting your opinions heard is easy said than done. While the size of Aximsite / Mobilitysite's readership is pretty damn big, they have nothing on Crunchgear, so it's great to see a regular commentor and GotZune Blogger get some Crunchgear love today.
Jaxim got his Blind Review linked to from Crunchgear's main page today. Great Job sir.
I don’t own one of the new Zunes that just came out this past month, but my friend allowed me to test his out pretty thoroughly and I was able to ask him what he didn’t like about it.
I must say I really enjoyed it. However there are a “few” things that I thought were lacking with the device. Despite these deficiencies I would still purchase it over an iPod classic. Read on…
Tell the world about your review and have your friends comment, vote, and generally create a ruckus. Sometimes friends are slow and don’t know how to vote. Those friends can leave comments.

I wasn’t sure how to vote, but I left a positive comment…:)
Go Jaxim!!!
Thanks, Heatwave316 for the comment and thanks Chris for this post.
Basically you can vote for the article by rating the article by selecting the 5 stars right above the comments. A post is equally good too.
Overall, I think the review was solid. Unfortunately, just like on the Zune forums, the main complaints are that the Zune (player at least) doesn’t do things that a Portable Media Device shouldn’t necessarily do like PDF support, stopwatch, clock, calender, etc. I’d be OK with the clock, but the other things are unneeded extras.
I do like the suggestion to make it easier to get files recorded on Windows Media Center onto the Zune. That seems like a no brainer.
While these things could be beneficial, I think they should be saved for the Ipod touch killer/Zune touch. There’s no need on a media player for all those extras that will simply add bulk to the firmware and probably slow it down.
Other than those qualms it was a very solid and objective review.
Selected 5 stars, hope that helps.
@Ray J Gentry IV: I agree, there are things that could be "nice" to have then others that that just shouldn’t be on there that people want. I don’t need my PMD to start my car. As long as I can listen to quality music, radio or show some friends some pictures I am happy.

I agree. But it would be a nice to have those kinds of things. But I do think the stopwatch/timer is pretty essential, especially when it comes to the flash Zune since the flash Zune would be a great gadget to use while working out and a stopwatch/timer would be great features for the Zune in these cases.
