   It’s called the Zune Pad… squircle is just it’s shape, no one made that name up for the Zune, look them both up on Wikipedia and you’ll see what I mean.

   In my mind, calling it a "squircle" is reminiscent of the good ol’ Pokemon days…

   *sigh*.

   Zune Pad all the way. This is a professional, sleek device. A name like "Squircle" would definitely not flow too well.

   Leo has been in the tech game a long time so i won’t criticize him. (TechTV  and the gang taught me so much about computers and tech.)

   But hey it’s all good to me as long as the zune functions, is fast, smooth, has good softwear, and is reliable.

   I like the "squircle’s" look better than the original zunepad and haven’t used one yet but I still think the squircle is better, it should definitely not be called a squicle though

    Yeah I like the Zune Pad better.  Squircle just sounds dirty. . . or maybe that is just me

    I like the cuteness of the word ‘Squirtle’. It is actually the name of a Pokemon turtle.  I doubt that the name will really catch on for good.  It reminds me of how I use to watch the cartoons in college….really just to mess with everyone else, especially my roommate, since it drove her crazy….:)

    Nothing wrong with watching cartoons.  Hell I’m 30 and still watch them.  Now the selection has changed a bit, but they are still cartoons.

    "Squircle" is too pokémon. And somewhat on the cheesy side.  The zune pad is a better name hands down. It’s a pad, on the zune. Yaaaay
