Hey Chris

This one does work with the Zune 80 (I got mine yesterday and I tried it on).� If you have a hard time fitting it to the dock, then you might want to remove the little plastic ring like structure around the dock - this will make enough space for the zune 80 to fit comfortably.

Although my zune 80 fits without removing that ring too.. I just need to press a bit harder than required. Hope it helps

P.S. - Too bad it does not come with a mini USB Sync Cable.. .would have been just perfect

Looks pretty sweet. I’m currently stuck plugging my Zune into a cheap iPod speaker dock. I might pick one of these up.
