Unsubscribe From Podcasts, Right On Your Zune!
Posted by Chris Leckness on 12/20/07The new 2.3 update wasn't supposed to add any features, but apparently it did. metheweirdo over at Zune Boards noticed this and brought it to their attention. Pretty cool. I like this feature since I download podcasts to try out all the time. Often times I listen and realize that the podcast sucks. I have to rely on my brain to get home and remember to delete it. Now I am golden.
Now you can unsubscribe from a podcast you no longer want directly from the device - another cool feature iPods don't have! Simply click the center of the middle button while listening to any podcast to see this option!

I thought this was a great feature as well. I know when it comes to memory, well….I’m just not so good. Instant delete/unsubscribe is a beautiful thing.
Oh yeah, this will help a lot. I am the worst at remembering to do things like that.
That is a welcome feature, that would be a great feature in the albums section as well as photo, in fact all sections. it’s easier to delete form the device than the software.
Good feature.
They just needa take it one step further and have in-player song/photo/video deletion.
It’d make it ultimate.

Thanks. Now if a firmware update would allow me to delete anything from my zune.

"play all" while looking at an artist no longer sorts the list alphabetically by song title. Now, songs are played in alphabetical order by album title, then track number.
