I, too, was seeing it. Seems to have passed for me, though. A solid two days I went without being able to authorize the music I’d bought at work.

I couldn’t get on XBOX Live or the Zune marketplace.

My xbox live was down, as of last night still is. Marketplace was extremely slow for me although I wasn’t on for very long.

I had problems. I was trying to sign up for podcast and it wouldn’t let me sign in over the weekend. It was giving two different error messages which I have now forgotten.

Yeah both my Zune marketplace and Xbox live were down as well. I ended up calling MS and found out that they were updating the servers and the ones left over were overloading from too much traffic.

A lot of microsoft services that rely on Live ID is screwed up.. Xbox Live and Zune.net
There are still some issues not fixed.

No problems here. XBOX Live was a different story though..
