   The marketing for the Zune is great.  You know how many of these they are going to sell just for V-Day gifts!  WOW

   Another nice move by microsoft. Seems like they are really behind this product. Very reassuring.

   The Zune makes a great Valentine’s day gift, birthday gift, Christmas gift….it just makes a great gift period….

   Microsoft came out with this "social " idea early on, and it seemed a bit lacking.. and forgoten. It really seems as though their taking on the social aspect, and providing a lot for users, as is becoming obvious in many ways, if they keeep this up zune will be succesful, and catch on.

   exactly, the social is growing into something great. I think the changes MS has done are great. I have used iTunes (I work on a Mac at work) and have friends that use iTunes.  It’s a great service, but just feels cold (if you will) to me. The social just feels right.

   I would love a feature on the zune that allowed you to delete a song, pic, video, etc. straight from the zune…

   mini gps in the zune….that would be wild…haha…

   Kaseyart: That’s one of the main reasons I like the zune, it’s different, and its fun. All ipods look so similar, and with the lack of customization.. it just starts to seem so bland, the zunes are providing so much customization options.. that you can actualy "make it you" if you will. And btw edge, that’d be a cool feature but more importantly you need to be able 2 remove songs from quik lists, my friend with a 4 gig black made a massive playlist, and was trying 2 figure out how 2 remove songs, without removing the entire playlist, he tells me theres no way to simply remove a song..

   Hopefully my girlfriend thinks a Zune would be a good Valentine’s day gift too(over a piece of jewelry valued at the same general price)…

    Xerosis: Haha, well… I think she’d appreciate it, assuming she’s not already using a solid mp3 player. B/c after all, what can you do with a piece of jewelry?  I don’t think it has wifi, or radio

    @ Soccerfreak24: She has an RCA Opal 8GB mp3 player that she got from a family member for Christmas, and she was disappointed that it had a 1.5 inch screen and that she couldn’t hold very many movies on it[or even be able to see what's happening in the movie] so I figured I’d get her a real mp3 player that she could put tons of movies and music on. We’ll see though…

    xerosis:  Hmm, don’t know much bout the RCA Opal 8 gig mp3 player, but from what you’ve said it doesnt sound to great. I think the zune would be a great improvement, and she’d probably like it.

    the red zune looks pretty cool for valentines day. Does anyone know if its the same shade of red like the zune 4/8?

    I’m not positive, but bout 99% sure it’s the same red, I can’t imagine they’d create a different shade of red for valentines day.

    Yah, I see what your saying.. and it could be different, just seems like it’d be a bad marketing idea having 2 slightly different shades of red released.

    Adamross55: haha, I had this same problem.. Well.. I think chris said he changed this.. but you had to sign up for a new account in the picture section, then you should see a menu under the normal top menu(that has(home - forums- etc) and you’ll see either “login” or upload file.. If your not logged in login, then u can upload em. You can also create personal gallaries that you upload to, or just upload to “user submited files”

    Well, make sure the pics are Jpg images, my original ones werent uploaded because they were like bmp or something. Also, I can’t log in to this site as well, i’m using the temporary account forms.. since the activation email must have glitched. So I only log into the forums, not the blog. Forums I recieved the confirmation email.. which do you have trouble with?

    Right to the right of the "got zune forum" title, their should be a login box with account/password…. do you see that?

    If I remember correctly Chris made it where all have the same log-in.  So your name and password should all be the same. Also if you log into one you should be logged in to everything else. At least that is how I understand everything.

    ya i thought he did that to but for some reason when i try and log in no matter where it says you have entered  a wrong password. If i click i forgot my password it says enter your email so i do and it says this email is unrecognized. But i get emails all the time from got zune. I dont get it.

    adamross55: I think he eliminated the account for pic’s(making it the forum one), but we still have the blog account… But ya, I’m having a similar problem with the gotzune account.. so jw, when you post comments.. do you fill out the temporary account form?

    soccerfreak24: well on the computer im using right now i clicked remember me so i dont have to login on this computer any more. But on the other computers that is what i have a problem with i cant log in to make comments so IF i make a comment i fill out the temporary form.

    I had the same issue with the register as you did adamross.  I had to contact Chris and he took care of it.  This was before the forum change so not sure what is going on there.

    Have you logged out totally from everything. Even the comp you said "remember me" and then try to log in again.  Might do something.

    Well i havent logged out of everything because i might not be able to log in to anything after i do. But i will probably just contact chris and see if he can take care of it for me.
